Tumors in internal organs tend to displace every time a patient breaths, thus making radiation therapy administration a challenge. Respiratory gating systems assist in monitoring the movement of target location corresponding to the patient’s breathing cycle. These solutions record the wave pattern of the respiratory cycle and determine precise tumor movement corresponding to the wave pattern.
